Ordered item from Flipkart. Order ID - OD******************.
I paid for * items. Upon opening the package, I found only * item and * items were missing. I even informed about this to the delivery agent at the time of delivery itself. The one item that was inside the package was a wrong item. Now after days and multiple calls to Flipkart that have cancelled my refund request.
This very unfair and exploitation of consumers. I paid a total of Rs. ****.
I will not stop until I get my refund and justice is served.
