I have paid to Fusionnet an amount of **** for installing new connection at my home.
The engineer came out and was not able to install the connection. I requested for a refund but their customer care keeps disconnecting my calls and no one responds to my query. I have not received the refund yet. Its been * days.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
