I have booked a new Fusion Net Broad Band connection for my flat in **th Avenue Gaurcity * Noida extension. At the time of initial discussion they committed many things. They charged more than what they discussed. So I asked them to cancel my connection and refund my amount Rs **** but its been more than ** days there is no update from them even I was in touch with one of their Area Head Mr. Sushil. he also not responding.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
