Booked tickets for a Singapore package and paid half the amount. One of the travellers has a handwritten passport and I was not aware of it not being accepted for international travel. The agency executive did not inform of this even after perusing the passport copy which I mailed and instead took the remaining half of the package money also. I was made aware of the issue only when a separate team of the company was trying to process the visa. Now the company refuses to accept the mistake and refuses refund and plans to take entire amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
