Make My Trip - Refund for Failed Booking on MakemyTrip

I had made booking for My family trip from Banagalore to Dubai on MMT from **/**(onwards)- **/**(return) through Multiple Ticket via Spice Jet & Indigo
During booking through Mobile App, Booking Failed message was received. I kept a snapshot of the Failed Booking Message. Money **,***/- was deducted from my account and as evident from message they promised to refund **,***/- to my wallet and accepted the booking failure. I have been following up since */** ,they r not resolving the issue since their system generated PNR for onward journey for spice jet and they shared it with me after ** hrs and now they r treating it as partial failure, while my claim is that it was a clear Booking failed Case for complete itinerary and hence I am eligible for full refund I am enclosing snapshot and their company policy
