Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been an Airtel customer for over ** years and currently subscribe to the Airtel Black service. Since January ****, all my monthly payments made via the Airtel Thanks App have been incorrectly credited to a different, unrelated account. Despite making full and timely payments, this recurring misallocation has caused service disruptions, financial discrepancies, and considerable mental stress.
I shared a detailed reconciliation of payments from January to June **** to support resolution efforts. However, multiple service tickets (including Ticket Nos. ********** and **-*************) have been closed without corrective action, and no responsible representative has addressed the issue. I was instead advised to initiate a bank chargeback—despite Airtel receiving the payments and the fault lying within its systems.
