TRAVEL DMC - refund for chardham tour cancellation not received

I have booked for chardham yatra for * pax thru TRAVEL DMC ADDRESS; no B **-** ,groundfloor, lajpatnagar-*, New Delhi ******,phone **************, and paid them rs *****/- towards tour cost and rs *****/- towards helicopter ride at kedarnath for two persons. The above tour was cancelled by Govt due to Covid, and now inspite of repeated requests and mails the company is not refunding me the amount of rs *****/-
