Celumula Rajashekaram filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jan 5, 2024
We’ve booked a holiday package (Booking Id: NL*************) for my parents to Singapore in December ****. The trip was in Feb **** and we had to cancel due to an unfortunate situation. MakeMyTrip team showed tremendous support and helped us in getting a refund of Rs *,**,*** . But, we received the refund as a MyCash to MakeMyTrip account in April ****. So I tried to transfer it to my bank account on Apr **th and am still waiting for the transfer to happen. I believe the transaction has failed and I don't see the cash either in my bank account or MakeMyTrip Wallet.
I've been calling every MakeMyTrip customer care number I see on the website and internet since then, but either the call gets disconnected abruptly or nobody answers and also sent numerous emails to them. Nobody reached out to me for resolving this issue.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
