Happyeasego - Refund for cancelled flight
Savan Tarpara filed complaint against Happyeasego on Feb 15, 2021
I booked a flight for **th April, ****. Flight was cancelled due to lockdown. I called customer service and they said, after cancellation, you will get refund in **-** days. But after *** days, I have not received my refund.
I also got mail from airlines that they refunded money to the travel agency. Then also they are not giving my money back.
I have called them many times. Every time they say to give them *-** days and they will refund me. But I didn't get it till now. Everytime they came up with same answer that they have raised complaint. And this is not upto me. There are many more users who are struggling to get refund.
So I urge you to help me with this issue.
