Dr batras - Refund for cancellation of Dr Batra treatment

My self khader , my patient ID: ************ in Dr batar’s .after consulting doctor they recommended to take ** months course which is started from feb**th ****. Paid ***** which will be debited as instalments from my account.
It has been * months the ongoing treatment for hair-fall but I don’t see any results of the treatment.I would like to discontinue the treatment and want my money to be refunded to me . They can take the *months charge and refund the *months money .please help to refund my amount .
