Dr Batras - Case againt Dr Batra for refund

I am writing to formally raise a complaint and request a refund for the *-month treatment plan I recently enrolled in at your clinic.

Unfortunately, the treatment has not been effective or useful for me, and I have seen no noticeable improvement during the course. Moreover, your clinic lacks basic amenities such as parking, which makes accessibility extremely difficult and inconvenient. This has significantly affected my ability to continue with the treatment as planned.

Given the lack of tangible results and the serious inconvenience caused by the absence of parking facilities, I believe a refund is justified under these circumstances.
