This is in reference to Boat bluetooth headset ***F Pro with Fast charging Bluetooth Headset with Order Id : OD****************** which was delivered to me on **/**/**** as my birthday gift from my hubby.
When I used the product on the very same day I found that the product is not fitting in my ears so I tried to press it more deeply for sometime as it was not all fitting in my ears & my both the ears started paining and it was paining very badly for a couple of hours. So regarding the same I tried to return the product via flipkart app. While returning the product I realised that there is no return on the product and the product can only be replaced hence I had requested a call back from the customer care team regarding the return of the product..
In my call I clearly mentioned my issue and also informed the executive to arrange for the return of my item for which she was repeatedly saying the same thing that the item can't be returned it can only be replaced.
My query here is what will I do the with the replaced item as the item is not defective it's that the device is not fitting in my ears so should I forcibly insert in my ears & hamper my ears. I do understand the company norms & regulation but what shall I do with this product.And I'm a flipkart plus member I'm using flipkart from so many years I have ordered so many expensive items from only flipkart as I don't use any other shopping brand other than flipkart from day one. So many promises has been made for flipkart plus members is this the promise & response I get from And this is the birthday gift of hubby which is of no use to me rather than a pain. And I I understand that even if the product cannot be used by a customer he/she need to keep it forcibly.And also when I asked for a call back from senior the executive told me it will require * hours. Now this is atrocious a customer needs to wait * hours for a call back.After ** hours I got a call back and that too after my follow upThis kind of service is never expected from a brand like flipkart.And even after speaking to a senior I was told the same thing that the product cannot be returned if needed I can mail to the seller email id ie. sell @flipkart.com. And I have escalated to some of the higher authorities email id

As well as the seller email id . I have mailed everywhere but there is no revert till now.I lost all my trust with flipkart being a regular customer for a couple of years and will never use flipkart for my future reference . Voxya kindly help me in return of my product & to get my refund before the return period of of * days ie **/**/****. My entire birthday mood was spoiled because of this bluetooth device. Voxya kindly assist me in buying a worthy product as an memory of my birthday gift. It would be very thankful to for your help.
