Varafi - refund for aborted flight from varafi com

Hi,

I have booked flight ticket from bangalore to delhi through varafi.com with booking id bid VID********** on ** Jan and paid amount of ***** on **th-Jan**, Varfi has aborted my booking on **th of feb I had repeatedly mail and call on
varafi customer care no but I havnt received any refund yet after several follow up.
I also raised my complaint in cosumer helpline forum with DOCKET NO -******* for which varfi havnt responded even after several reminders.

Please initiate legal action against legal action against varafi.com and blacklist them so they can't do scam with people hard earned money, as I had seen many similar feedback agains varafi.com
