I placed a request to return a defective product on July **. The product was picked up today. Although I had provided them with correct bank details, they sent a notification saying that my refund had failed. I had to put in the details about ** times and still there was no improvement in the situation. Also neither is their live chat working nor the customer support number. They are fraud and are scamming people.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
