Hi I ordered a top from Urbanic and received on *th Febuary but the size was too small I returned it on **th Febuary but i got informed that my bank account no was wrong so they sent me form to fill up bank account no details but till now i haven’t received anything even when i talk to costumer care they always told me that they will send new form for filling up bank details but they never send me pls help me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
