I booked a flight ticket from Air Asia.
The flight was schedule to depart on **th march **** and return flight on *rd April ****, but due to corona effect, all flights get cancelled.
I called several times to Air Asia customer care, I waited every time around * hours waiting on phone , but still, no one answered.
I know that situation is panic for every one, but still, if they can't reply on phone, they have to give choice on theirs app for cancel and reschedule.
All flights get cancelled but still my flight showing confirmed. Great work by Air Asia!
