the delivery contacted me yesterday at *:** pm when I was outside and I was busy and that was the only time he contacted me. not today or anytime before yesterday but they kept messaging me on whatsapp but I didn’t see them assuming they were some random spam messages as savana often does that , but the pickup agent called me only once that too yesterday and said he’ll come later and never came and didn’t contact me also and now the order is cancelled and return window is also closed and I don’t want these products it will be waste of money. If I keep them and whatsapp messages were in odd timings like * am etc
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
