I ordered a cake on april * for **** . But it got cancelled .And they told me they will refund withing *-* working days .But still now they did not refund . Sent several emails customer @cakesportal.com .But no response .Finally there was one no which I saw in the website which is mentioned as cakes portal customer care no ********** . So called that no and spoke with one guy which is again a fraud person .He is asking for debit card no and cvv no .Such a fraud .Must kill him . I have never such a fraudulent website . Money is gone .No proper response from them .They should be behind the bars .Action should be taken .My order no is *****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
