I have ordered cake on **th of August but they not delivered. After that raise an e-mail for them then they cancelled the order.Later they mentioned in the email within * days will get the refund amount. Till now didn't get any refund amount and also not responding email for customer support from cakes portal. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
