Booked a pilgrimage for my senior citizen parents (aged ** & **) from Dehli to Shirdi & back, for the *th & *th of May. Flights cancelled on account of COVID. From promise of a refund they are now giving a credit shell of a year. This is on no use as senior citizens cannot even go out as per Govt COVID advisory. And they are now under doctors advise not to fly. But make my trip refuses to refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
