I am writing to raise a complaint against Myntra regarding Order ID #*********************, placed on * April.
I had ordered a specific kurta set, but I received a completely different product. I immediately raised a return request and provided clear video proof showing the unboxing and the wrong item received. Despite submitting valid evidence, Myntra has wrongfully rejected my return request, claiming that the correct product was delivered.
This is extremely disappointing and unfair. As a customer, I trusted Myntra’s service, but they have failed to resolve a genuine issue even after multiple follow-ups. The product I received does not match my order in any way.
I am requesting a full refund of ₹**** at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through consumer forums and legal channels.
I expect a quick and fair resolution.
