I HAD VERY VERY UNHAPPY N DISSATISFIED EXERIENCE WITH TICKET CANCEELATION PNR GZMTKA JIYA P POPTANI . THERE WAS A CANCELLATION WAS DONE ON ** JAN** AND TICKET DATED ** JAN ** FROM BOM TO DELHI . WE HAD DONE MULTIPLE CALL TODAY TO CUSTOMER HAD VERY PATHETIC N HIGHLY UNRESPOSIVE RESPONSE ON CALL RETRICTED TO ESCALATE CALL ALSO ONLY * HOURS OF TOTAL CALL WERE DONE FOR REIMBURSEMENT NO RESULT ALL FAKE ATTEMPTS. WE HAD VERY UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE FOR LOSING ***** ON TICKET N NOT TRAVELLING ALSO . I WOULD LIKE TO ENTIRE AMOUNT RESFUND .WE HAD TOLD THEM SAME . REFER ATTACHements . ALSO NIKITA FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CMITTED THAT IF RENEWAL NOT DONE IN **HRS THE TICKETGET CANCELEED . THEN BHAVYA AS INFORMED BY NIKITA HE IS FLOOR SUPERVISOR . HE CONTRADICTED WHAT NIKITA COMMITED BY SAYING ON RECORDING THAT INDIGO THERE NO PROCESS OF CANCWLLATION OF TICKET IF RESCHEDULE TICKET PAYMENT DUE ARE NOT DONE . ALSO THE CALLWUTH NIKITA EXPLAINOJG HER WENT FOR ** MINS AND ALO WITH BHAVYA WENT FOR ALMOST * HRS DISCUSSING THE CANCELLATION . WE ARE REALLY INHAPPY CUSTOMER BHAVYA N NIKITA SHARED MISLEADING INFORMATION E.G MJIYA HAD DONE BOOKING FROM AMAZON FOR TICKETS N THEN RESCHEDULED AND NOT PAYMENT EXTRA DUE . BUT ON ** JAN SHE DID RESXHEDULING . ON ** JAN ** JIYA HAS DONE CANCELLATION REQUEST FROM AMAZON FOR TICKET OF ** JAN ** . SHE CONFIRMED TO NIKITA AND BHAVYA BOTH DID NOT AGREE TO THIS . SO FINALLY WE CALLED AMAZON WE SHARED TO BHAVYA THAT AMAZON HAS SENT CANCELLATION INDIGO AND SAME DECLINED BY AIRLINE . THERE WAS NO CALL RECIEVED BY AMAZON TO JIYA AND NOT EVEN INDIGO IN PERIOD OF ** JAN TILL ** JAN** WAS DONE INFORMING TO DO PAYMENT OF DUE FOR RESCHEDULED TICKET . THIS COMMUNICATION GOT OPENED WHEN JIYA RECIEVED MAIL FOR GST REVERSAL FOR AGENT IN MAIL BY INDIGO AND ALAO CONFIRMING FLIGHT SCHEDULED ON ** JAN ** WHICH A SURPRISE FOR JIYAC. HENCE CALLLED ALL TIME AND ENERGY WASTED . SEEM INDIGO THOMG CUSTOMER FOOLS AND DOING FRAUD WORLD WIDE BY DOONG NO PROPER COMMUNICATION THEY EAT WAY PUBLIC HARDENED ABOVE IS PROPER EXAMPE FOR SAME . WHEN JIYA HAS RAISED WILL TO CANELL PLAN TRAVEL ON ** JAN ** NO SONGLE PIECE COMMUNICATION FROM INDIGO OR AMAZON THE VENDOR PARTNER INDIGO HAS BEEN REALLY PATHETIC . ALL ENJOYING JIYA HARD EARNED MONEY *****.** SIT ON IT .NOT READY TO REFUND . MORE OVER ASKES TO PAY *****.** TO RESCHEDULE BARE THE EXTRA RESCHEDULE CHARGES OF **** SO IT MEANS TICKET COST OF ***** MOVED TO TOTAL *****. THE FIGURES BIT VARY SINCE AMAZON COMMISSION THERE .SO IF JIYA PAYS ***** IE TO *****.** SHE WOULD GET REFUND OF ONLY *****.** . ALREADY ***** GIVEN MORE arr we fools that just to cancel get a refund we will for ***** we pay ***** to indigo ans indigo will resale ticket to another custome at *****. so for same * ticket INDIGO WILL BE PROFITABLE WITH ***** TICKET TO ***** EXPLOITATION OF CUSTOMER HARD EARNED TAX PAID MONEY . Alll fraud this calls attention to public by filing suite and change
