No brocker - Refund delaying on money back pls

With reference to my property
I have taken money back plan in Oct-**, to sale my property in * months which was ended on *nd Jan-**,
After completion of * month i had started facing lot of issues no broker resale team on refunding the money as per plan.
Since i am highly dissatisfied the unprofessional approach by resale team.
