No brocker - Not Ready to do delivery without full payments

Dear No Brokers,

What your doing which is unacceptable,
*st of all I'm not happy with the service which was not provided as committed and as per terms and conditions
Also I spoke to ro of your customer executive Mr. Niranjan and Mr. Rohit,
The reason which both of them told was not acceptable
As per terms and conditions was commitment
**% of payment to done while booking
**% of payment to be done whole loading
**% of payment ro be done once the materials reach concern place
But after I booked and done my **% of payment both the customer executives are telling me that i need to pay the full amount whole loading or else can be cancelled,
If this is the case why the wrong commitment was given before booking,
Also I requested that I need to talk with the senior manager, but Mr. Niranjan has denied by telling there is no senior manager
Then Mr. Rohit told to cancel
Which I had done it through Mr. Rohit
Also Mr. Rohit told that he is cancelling my request, and my payment will be credited, but again still I didn't received my payment.


Such a horrible experience
When you people are not capable to stay in your commitment with anything
How we can trust our materials will reach safely on time, after paying our full amount.


Requesting no broker teams to stay with there promise what they are doing to customers, and refund my amount.
