QNET - Refund Delayed since 50 days
Akula PurnaChandra Rao filed complaint against QNET on Jan 12, 2021
This is Akula PurnaChandra Rao (IR ******).
I have raised a refund request on[protected].
Since then i have been following up with QNET Support Team, but in vain. The only answer get is “We have forwarded your request to the concerned department and your refund will be processed soon”
It has been ** days since i requested for the refund and I don’t even get to know the exact status of my refund.
My product details of the order reference ****BEEC and order ID DN******** dated **th November purchased via Smazing app are as follows:

I’ve been calling Qnet support centre every alternate day but i get the same answer (The typical answer from their mail is attached in the pic below)
