Qnet - Qnet is not refunding money

Hi my IR id is IM******, I was lied about this business and fooled by my upline who cheated me to join on this business. They brainwashed me and got four lacks from me as a deposit for this business, by fooling me to take a loan they got my money, used my money in QNET and purchased the product for INR RS ***,***.** two lacks ninety two thousand without any of my acknowledgement happened on Wed, Oct **, ****. After i get to know about the purchase and business i told i am not interested in this, but they doesn't care about it and used my money on their own under my ID that they registered in QNET were i have no clue what they are doing. Then i realized they wont help me and then i send a refund request on Tue, Oct **, **** for QNET ** oct. But qnet is not refunding my money they are just saying it is submitted to a finance team it is on hold for additional verification for nine months this made me mentally sick because i need to pay a loan to the bank with interest of **% which is too high for me. i cant even able to sleep in night. i want my money back i need to pay it to the bank.
