My daughter was doing classes from last * years and I found many topics are getting repeated in next class also. So I decided to move out. Last **th July they committed me that within **-** days I will get back my money through NEFT. NEFT takes only couple of minutes to transfer money but they told it will take **-** working days. Even after around * months also I have not received my money. Even helpline mail id I dropped multiple mails but they never responded back. Also they should get penalized for such delay in payment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
