I had booked a hotel , coral reef resort, a * star property at havelock island through make my trip for may * to *th ****. Unfortunately, I met with an accident on *nd of may and got slip disc because of which I was bed ridden and unable to travel on those dates I requested for date change as it is a huge sum of money involved and I could not have travelled during that time. I have been harresed by the company. I have been making several calls and I am made to wait for over ** minutes to speak to a concerned person. After following up and being patient for over ** days with no response from this renowned company , except saying pls wait for a ** to ** hours and we will revert. Now all they have said is we cannot do a refund. My problem is still not solved as they have yet not rescheduled my stay dates at the hotel and have taken the money. I feel very cheated and helpless. The company is not paying enough attention to my problem and giving me a resolution in my favour. I have also shared my medical documents with them but there is nothing they have done to help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
