I booked a flight ticket(vistara airlines)for journey on **.*.**** from Make My Trip (MMT) and cancelled the same * hours prior to scheduled departure from MMT. My pnr no. is PFK*QF and booking id is
NF************** .At the time of cancellation from MMT a message displayed "booking cancelled, refund of ₹**** processed,The refund will be initiated once Make My Trip receives a refund from airline, It may take **-** working days to process the refund to your account."
I waited for above mentioned time.
During this time period I tried to contact through customer care helpline via phone/email but couldn't success and satisfy. One more thing to say that if I cancelled the ticket through MMT why is cancellation not showing in my trip section and when I get help through automated chat assistant myra
-Claim refunded in special case
A) cancelled directly with the airline
B) flight did not operate
C) missed the flight
Above three criteria is not applicable on me because I booked and cancelled the ticket from MMT and confirmation message was displayed that booking cancelled and refund to be processed.
I really got mentally harassment by MMT service provider.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
