Myntra India - Refund cheating

pick up guy showed up at *.** am for pick up and never gave any acknowledgment as instructed in the email. Later on the next day, I received an email saying the refund and return request was canceled as the product was defective and did not meet the quality check. The top is not even worn once. Now they have the top, and won't even give the money back. disappointed in the services.
