Bajaj Chetak - Refund awaited since 2 months

t has been over two months since I canceled my booking, yet the refund is still pending. I have exhausted all levels of your escalation matrix and have also approached the dealer, who continues to redirect me to Chetak online customer care.
Despite following up diligently—six times over the past seven months—there has been no resolution. Your stated turnaround time (TAT) was *-** working days, yet more than ** days have now passed, in addition to the initial waiting period. This delay is completely unacceptable.
