Respected Sir,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the incorrect delivery of a Bajaj Chetak model by your authorized dealer, Parth Automobiles, Mehsana, Gujarat.
I had placed an order for the Bajaj Chetak – Model ****, but on **/**/****, I was delivered the Bajaj Chetak – Model **** instead. Despite my repeated attempts to raise this concern with the dealer and the company's customer support team, no resolution has been provided.
Here are the key details of my complaint:

• Ordered Model: Bajaj Chetak – ****
• Delivered Model: Bajaj Chetak – ****
• Dealer Name: Parth Automobiles
• Dealer Location: Mehsana, Gujarat
The dealer has acknowledged their mistake, yet they have refused to replace the incorrect product. Furthermore, they have become unresponsive to both my calls and emails, showing no intent to resolve this matter.
I have contacted customer support multiple times and have also sent several emails. I kindly request that you check your records to verify:

I respectfully urge your office to take appropriate action to ensure accountability and to facilitate the immediate replacement of the incorrectly delivered model with the one I originally ordered.
