The AC zingbus from Delhi to Dehradun arrived but the AC was not WORKING ??? my parents have to wait for * hrs ... but why the passanger have to suffer because of negligence of DRIVER and BUS OPERATORs ??? should the AC not checked before starting the BUS ??

Dear Team Driver not pickup to me talk to me female not trevel in my bus refund my amount
I booked bus through Zingbus from Narayan Singh Circle Jaipur to Delhi . It had to pick me up on May ** , **:** pm but it left me without informing. I kept waiting at bus stand . I want my full refund of ₹***.
Pickup not done. They said they didn't have my contact detail even though I have received the booking detail via text and what's app msg.
Zingbus policy allows non-prime users to get * full cancellation in ** days, if the ticket is canceled more than * hours ago. And I canceled it * hours ago. Yet the company is not allowing me refund.
I reach well before i.e.*.** hrs before at the bus pick up point contacted the marshal. he told to wait at HP petrol pump. I confirmed him that I am thereat. A message was delivered that bus is ** minute late. Right...
