Refund & returned courier charges.. as i ordered a product from homeshop** sub order number ********* on September **** i lost my invoice receipt but i have the suborder number .. as i seen in tv it was **** worth it. I got **** / product. Even though i compromised and paid extra *** delivery charges total price **** . Later on i checked out i got the damaged product. I Returned the product through out india post on october *th ****. Then informed they didnt received the product. Asked me to provide proof of delivery for that post office service we may not provide p.o.d. it should be given in the delivery address. Later on i contact company they ask me to provide letter red, finally i got the letter red since September to april *th i fought for it.. had wasted my time transportation charges . I want to file grievance againt this company .. Please help me. I suffered alot mentally and financiall .your faithful sravanthi
