Sir, I purchased Blaupunkt Smart TV ***cm from Flipkart and got defective TV on the *th of October. I said technician to return this TV, they said email to Flipkart if you want to return your product. I reported so many times to Flipkart. and raised a complaint to return but nothing happened in my favor. Finally, I got another same defective TV in replacement in which the same kind of defect I got. Now I raised a complaint about refund two to three times but no one has visited to pickup TV and refund my hard-earned money. According to Flipkart executive refund has been rejected from the seller.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
