Dear sir/ madam
I buy a new TV on flipkart with * years complete care production, they gave promise date for delivery the product, for TV delivery date ** Oct **** and * years complete TV care production delivery date is ** Oct ****, but TV only delivered in Oct *nd ****, * years complete TV care production was delivered only mail in * Oct ****, I already raise a complaint in national consumer helpline, and then I have from Flipkart mr.arun say your refund amount is after the replacement, but yesterday I have call from Flipkart say don't cancel the * year complete TV care production
