I had ordered a dress worth Rs. *,*** from Reshamdhaaga.in and the product was delivered to me on saturday **th sept ****. the quality was pathetic and it was fake. i tried returning the product, i emailed them, texted and called them on whatsapp, even sent DMs on instagram and i never got any response. it is my hard earned money and that was for my birthday. i dont know what to do now. please help me, i need a refund of Rs. *,*** asap
