I was introduced to this site thr. Instagram I have ordered one pink dress for Rs. **** which was shown images but when I received the package it was totally different. The colour was blue, pattern was simple A line but was different in image and the cloth material was simple synthetic. The product received wasn't stitched properly and isn't even worth rs. ***. While trying for refund they automatically giving wrong error that email and order no. different whereas the details I am putting is correct. I also emailed but still no reply. I want my full refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
