I have canceled my flight ticket to Booking ID - NN *************
Mumbai to Sharjah - Round Trip On travel dates - ** April **** & ** April ****.
Just because Make My Trip has not guided their customers whose tickets were already booked. They are readily picked my call for New bookings.
I would request for cancellation waiver which MakeMyTrip and Air India Express airlines has charged me. I had been trying very hard to connect several times to change my date but no body has picked my call even after hanging the call for * hours. Even the site said I couldn’t change travel date online while I was trying through my laptop.
Finally I have canceled my tickets. However earlier I had very clearly seen that I could request for waiver which I dint find later.
I wanted to change travel dates but no body picked my call - request to urgently contact me if change dates are possible Or please get my cancellation waiver with Air India Express and MakeMyTrip.
I feel cheated because with corona pandemic we just can’t travel nor visa is possible. I have lost more than Rs. *****/- (approx) as your cancellation waiver which is very much for nothing.
Make my trip has been useless in servicing its clients. I shall never use the same if I don’t get my cancellation waiver or help me in changing the dates of my travel.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
