Justdial.com - Refund and cancel my contract

I have made a contract with JustDial on February *th **** by paying ****₹ for * month advertising on JustDial. But after * month of period all india went to 'Lockdown' due to Corona, so that I couldn't run my business(Gym& Fitness center) and I couldn't cancell my contract with JustDial because of no customer service.

So I request them to cancel my advertisement contract and stop ECS. I no more require advertisement on their website.

And also I requested to refund my * month(March to April, Lockdown period) of payment ****₹ + ECS return charge of ****₹ = ****₹.

Because of submission of ECS, the bank Fine me as follows:-

I emailed all these details to Justdial, but they did not respond me with a solution. And also I called to their costomer care. And all the time they were saying that they will call back. But I did not received any calls yet from Justdial.
