Dear Team,
I booked a car(scorpio) with fuel for *** kms free on **rd July at *:**AM as my brother was going abroad. I picked up the vehicle from bharat nagar backside of vimal theather. When I took the vehicle there was only * litres of diesel in it as per zoom car customer care agent informed me. I was searching for petrol pump at * AM as I saw that diesel was very low. So i refilled it with *** Rs and submitted the bill. But zoomcar has refunded me only *** Rs saying that this is the only max we can refund. When I drop the vehicle there was * litres of diesel present in it as I have confirmed with zoomcar customer care. So i had word with * to * agents and also manager satish that whatever the diesel they have given me in return I given them more but also they haven't done my refund. I explained them they also agree but stuck to their decision. which I understood whatever it may be our(zoomcar) decision is final. This is very pathetic service to a customer. So kindly check and do the needful.
