I have book flight ticket from Bangalore to Hubli on **th Sep. In travolook. Received mail saying.
Your booking is under process kindly wait for a while. The process may take ** minutes; if the process gets delay then you can contact our travel experts on toll-free number ****-***-****.
After ** min received *nd mail saying.
Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF*********Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at ****-***-**** or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed.
And spoken to customer care representative and Informed the scenario. They told with * working days payment will be refunded. Same replay spoken * times with customer support. Till today refund is not credited to my account.
