I booked tickets from LHR to Bengaluru (BLR) but I haven't received a confirmation message so I thought the tickets not booked, I booked another ticket from LHR to Kochi (COK) the same day. But the amount deducted * times from my account so I called customer care they confirm both tickets are confirmed so I requested to cancel the LHR to BLR.
I booked the *nd ticket because of the AirIndia site issue. If I got a confirmation message I will not book *nd tickets.
I received mail from air India they are saying per passenger *** pounds is a cancellation charge applicable. but still, I haven't received any refund amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
