Youbroadband - Refund amount still not received

I had applied for a youbroadband connection on **/**/**** and made a payment of Rs.**** towards it. But due to my upcoming relocation plan, I canceled the connection the next day.
Till date, even after emailing and calling multiple times still, I have not received any refund yet. PFA.
