Goibibo airlines Indigo Airlines - Refund Amount of fare

Flight No - *E-***, PNR - YWIV*K, Mumbai to Raipur, Dated - **.**.****
I had booked flight ticket from goibibo airlines and seat from indigo airlines. I received msg from airlines that my ticket got cancelled due to Covid -** travel restrictions. With that the msg also stated to explore alternative flights or cancel and create credit shell. In that msg no options for refund was available still I browsed for alternative flight for further * to * days but for any other alternative flight I would have to pay an extra amount of * to *k on total amount which was not affordable for me. . I tried for refund but they are not refunding the amount. They are only providing the option to credit shell and that too is available within * year and only for the same passengers. I do not require to travel in the coming year or so. Moreover the flight was cancelled by the airlines and not by me. I'm having financial problems due to job loss because of ongoing situation of Pandemic.The refund amount will be of great help for me in this current situation. Hoping for the refund at the earliest.
