Paytm Mall - Refund amount not sended

Iam ordered one item that is prestige multi cuker from paytmmall and its delivered to me but I received product is another product that's why I want requested for return pucup and they will collect their product from me.then they said you will get refund amount in ** working day but today till I don't get my refund amount.
