Flipkart - Refund amount not repaid for cancelled product

This is relating to order id 'OD******************' cancelled on **th August ****. The above mentioned product has been cancelled but amount not refunded till today.
I am writing mail from August **th **** and every day I am getting reply that I need to wait for another ** hours. I have contacted customer care, Grievance cell and even CEO of company. No positive reply.It is very bad service from flipkart. For cancelled item even after ** days they have not refunded the amount. It is shame that flipkart is not able to refund a small amount of around Rs *****.Such a big company in market.My credit card statement generated and I paid the amount from my packet. Now I request flipkart to pay penal interest of **% for the delayed period (from *th Aug ****) Also they need to pay additional amount for my mental stress and for my waste of time.
