HDFC Ergo General Insurance - refund amount not refunded fully

for insurance * day i cancelled, but insurance person wrongly understand and not cancelled my policy. after i inform to the insurance person, but insurance person not ready to given full payment, and i have account also hdfc bank only, insurance taken time sales girl told me have sufficient balance but finally they are put penalty charges. some amount i got revert back but tax igst not given to me. i raised lot of compliant through directly, but they are given proper response.
