I Myself shaik mustafa on * Dec **** at *:**am i was going to office but suddenly RTC bus hit my vehicle and my vehicle got damaged completely from one side and i reached to my office and apply for claim on Same day in HDFC ergo app after few minutes my case assigned to Upendra and i contacted him on same day and explain about the incidence with images than he asked me to visit nearby Honda service centre so on very next day I visited and given my vehicle for service then @ Orange Honda masab tank hyderabad than service centre technician checked my vehicle and i informed to service centre technician about the insurance so he kept my vehicle aside to for the insurance approval and then Upendra survey my vehicle and upendra asked me and service centre technician for vehicle estimation then technician guy given estimation to Upendra and than after **days of continuous followup he survey and approved the estimation in insurance after *days my vehicle got repaired and again I contacted to Upendra and said about the billing amount he told me u paid that amount and take your vehicle and share that invoice to me for reimbusment and i shared the invoice and i paid **** something Upendra told me that amount u will get in **hrs and he take all my bank details pan card adhar proof Vehicle images poilcy details and now they are not giving and proper response.. he is harrassing me since almost *month for my claim amount and he is saying he rejected claim and not answering my call even I have all the records of approvals from him also the orange Honda is having his approval documents pls help me in this for reimbusment and take the action against Upendra.. He approved the estimation and after payment i shared the invoice now they are denying for my amount reimbursement pls help me
