Abhishek bhal filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on Apr 29, 2020
I hold an HDFC bank credit card.I made a hotel booking using my credit card on goibibo.com on **/**/**** for Rs. *****.
Later i cancelled the same booking. Goibibo.com returned the money to my credit card on **/**/***, but it has been ** days (today is **/**/****) and I have not received the refund in credit card yet. It usually takes *-* days for such amount to reflect in credit card account.
I contacted goibibo.com regarding this issue and they said that they have done all the processing at their end.
I have attached the fully filled card holder dispute form with this email.
I am also attaching the email response I got from goibibo.com regarding this issue.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible. And credit the amount (Rs. *****) in my credit card account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
